Join the UofT Liberals for a roundtable discussion with Liberal MP Martha Hall Findlay. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions to Ms. Findlay on a range of subjects. It will be an intimate event, and everyone who wants to contribute to the discussion will have the opportunity.
Martha Hall Findlay was elected to the House of Commons in 2008 as the MP for the Toronto riding of Willowdale. Prior to that, she had been a candidate in the riding of Newmarket Aurora and a candidate for the Leadership of the party in 2006. Martha is currently the Opposition Critic for Public Works & Government Services.

Join the UofT Liberals and the Etobicoke Centre Young Liberals as we welcome three distinguished women: the Hon. Donna Cansfield (Ontario’s Minister of Natural Resources), Laura Albanese (MPP, York South Weston), and Danielle Takacs (Ontario Women’s Liberal Commission, VP – Young Women).
This event promises to be a lively one, with our guests sharing their insights on the experience of women who decide to enter politics, on the barriers to entry for many women, and on what we can do to encourage more women to get involved.
