Success in elections is the key to putting our ideas into practice. The Liberal Party is the most successful political party in the history of Western democracy, but there's no time to rest on our laurels. It takes hard work and dedication -- especially that of our youth volunteers -- to keep our current MPs and MPPs elected, and to elect new ones.

The University of Toronto is lucky to be in the centre of a big city, and there is thus an unparalleled number of campaigns that you can get involved with. Close to home, we need to elect Christine Innes as our Member of Parliament for Trinity-Spadina, and bring an end to the years of Olivia Chow putting politics over principle, seeking division over unity, and engaging in vitriolic opposition rather than making Parliament work for Canadians.
